ELI Asia Newsletter | Issue 02|2021

Time is unbelievably fast. It seems only yesterday we entered 2021 and now the year is almost over. Yet despite that, work in the ministry has never been this fulfilling. Maybe we didn’t feel the time passing because we’ve all committed ourselves to growing in knowledge, learning the Word of God in-depth, and teaching others about what we learned.

2021 for ELI Asia is nothing short of a victory. This year has been so fruitful and the campuses have been busy, desiring to learn continuously. Our campus in Sta. Rosa, the EZRA Institute of Theology was able to complete Hermeneutics, Old Testament Surveys 2 and 3 and have just finished Church History Survey, almost simultaneously with our North Manila Campus who this year alone was able to complete Old Testament Surveys 2 and 3, Theology Survey 2 and currently taking up Church History Survey.

Our Masantol campus and Simons Institute of Theology in Paete were also able to finish those subjects and are currently taking up Disciplemaking in the Local Church.

Our Siniloan campus, the Siniloan Bible Training Institute is currently studying the Exposition of Ruth while our campus in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan is currently taking up New Testament Survey 2.

We praise God who enables all of us to diligently study His Word and for our pastors who study and labor in the Scriptures. How God uses trainings provided by ELI Asia to change the local churches and to improve pulpit ministry. How these trainings not only help pastors but lay leaders and members of the local churches. How these trainings impact the lives of one person, one family, one church at a time.

Perhaps the biggest blessing of all is to see preachers expounding on the Scriptures because they have now learned to do so.

Indeed, ELI Asia has been productive this year only by the grace of God. For sustaining our pastors and teachers and for providing us with partners in ministry who help us further God’s kingdom.

God bless us all! There is much to do!

Our ministry of providing affordable ministerial and theological training to pastors and lay leaders are made possible by the financial support of individuals and churches. Every seed that is sown is used to fulfill our mission of equipping leaders for effective church ministry.
