    Pastor Joel Calzar is the Senior Pastor of Siniloan Baptist Church, the President of Siniloan Bible Training Institute, and the former Chairman of the Siniloan Ministerial fellowship with 16 churches in Siniloan, Laguna. As there are four districts in CBAP Laguna, he is also a district elder in 26 churches there for more than 20 years.     Last 29 June 2024, a new ELI Asia campus was established: the GCF School of Ministry in San Fernando, Pampanga. With God’s grace, this school is the 10th campus of ELI Asia. The establishment of this new campus was spearheaded by Reverend Gerry F. Oarde, Senior Pastor of GCF Pampanga. The newly appointed principal of this school is Reverend Raymond Co, Pastor at GCF North Pampanga, Angeles City.
