Pastor Raul’s exposure to ELI Asia was through its Founder President Dr. Nicky Joya, who is a good friend and mentor of his. When Pastor Raul established CBCM in 2015, from then until 2020, he was the only pastor of that church. His goal was always to equip homegrown members in CBCM for the next generation of leaders. Last 29 June 2024, a new ELI Asia campus was established: the GCF School of Ministry in San Fernando, Pampanga. With Godâs grace, this school is the 10th campus of ELI Asia. The establishment of this new campus was spearheaded by Reverend Gerry F. Oarde, Senior Pastor of GCF Pampanga. The newly appointed principal of this school is Reverend Raymond Co, Pastor at GCF North Pampanga, Angeles City.
